Believing in Myself

Step 1

  • Sometimes, I feel worried when I have a lot of work to do. I can take a deep breath and remind myself that I have done hard things before.

Step 2

  • When people ask me about my future, I might feel unsure. I will try to remember that it’s okay not to have all the answers right now.

Step 3

  • If someone questions my abilities, I might feel upset. I can think about the times my family and friends have told me I am capable and strong.

Step 4

  • When I start to doubt myself, I can close my eyes and picture my old family cheering me on. This makes me feel warm and supported.

Step 5

  • I will try to break my work into small steps. I can focus on one thing at a time, which makes it easier to manage.

Step 6

  • If I feel overwhelmed, I can talk to someone I trust. They can help me see things more clearly and remind me of my strengths.

Step 7

  • I will try to remember that everyone feels unsure sometimes. It’s okay to ask for help when I need it.

Step 8

  • When I finish a task, I can celebrate my success, no matter how small. This helps me feel proud and confident.

Conclusion

  • I am learning to believe in myself, even when I feel anxious. I can use my coping strategies to stay calm and remember that I am capable.

  • With practice, I will feel more confident in my abilities. I am doing my best, and that is enough.
